To reach a younger audience, Olay needed to show up differently. Gen Z connects with real people, not brands that talk at them. For the launch of Olay Melts during the Paris Olympics, we leaned into authenticity and partnered with sprinter Sha’Carri Richardson, a bold and unapologetic voice Gen Z already trusts.

We let Sha’Carri shine and showcased how feeling good in your skin helps you show up stronger, both on and off the track.

To keep the momentum going, we pitched a social-first extension that met Gen Z where they spend most of their time. We created a series of personality-filled posts that teased the launch, featuring Olay’s full roster of Olympic athletes. Each post was designed to show how good confidence can look when it starts with great skin.
